Do I need to learn software?
No. There is nothing to log into unless you want to look at your board. We send you the results every month.
What happens to my current website?
We rebuild it or adopt it. Either way it is covered in the price, and you own it.
How fast is setup?
Live within about a week. You give us roughly 20 minutes and we do the rest.
Will customers get annoyed by the chasing?
You approve the wording first. Polite, firm, your name on it. Most late payers have simply forgotten.
Am I locked in?
No. Month to month, cancel yourself any time from your billing page. No phone call required.
Who actually does this?
Michael. An engineer based in Sydney who builds every site himself and runs the back office. You deal with him, not an account manager.
