Fair question
If you host it, do you own it?
No. The domain is registered in your name, the content is yours, and if you leave we hand over a working export rather than holding the keys. We are the technical contact, not the owner. That distinction is in the terms and it is not negotiable from our side.

We are Sydney based and most of our work sits in the north west. Local matters here: the businesses you are competing with for a Castle Hill customer are the handful of others within ten minutes of you, not someone in the CBD.
Plus the semi-rural end of the shire: Annangrove, Kenthurst, Galston, Glenorie, Arcadia, Nelson, Gables, Middle Dural, Maraylya. Work outside the Hills is fine too, most of what we do is not dependent on us being up the road.
