Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out our contact form, subscribe to our services, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and business name.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Communicate with you about our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests

Information sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our service, such as payment processors (Stripe), email services (Resend), and text messaging (Twilio). These providers process data only to provide their part of the service.

If you use the CRM, we process the contact details of the leads and customers you add so we can run your dashboard and send follow-up emails and texts on your behalf. You control this data, can export or delete it, and can turn automated messaging off at any time. Anyone we message can opt out, and we stop contacting them when they do.

Data security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Support access to your account

To provide support, maintain the service, and protect its security, authorised OnTheDot personnel may access your account and the data within it, including viewing your dashboard as your business ("view as support"). This access is used only for a legitimate operational purpose, such as resolving an issue you have raised or investigating a fault.

Every support-access session is recorded in an internal audit log (who accessed which account, and when), and a clear banner is shown while a support session is active. We never see or store your password. If you would prefer we not access your account for a given issue, let us know and we will work with you another way where possible.

Cookies

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on our website. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
