$349/month
Never miss work.
The phone gets answered even when you cannot answer it, the job gets booked, and the customer gets asked for a review afterwards. Your website and your Google profile are handled in the background.

The fine print, minus the fine print.
- Month to month. Cancel yourself any time from your billing page, and it stops at the end of that month.
- It is your site. Walk away and take it with you: the site, your content, your customer data and the domain.
- A standard domain is on us and registered in your name. A premium or already-owned name is billed at cost.
- The texts we send on your behalf are included within a fair monthly limit. We cover the cost and only get in touch if you are consistently over it.
- Your price stays put while you are with us. We have a look at pricing once a year.
- Ad spend is the one cost that sits on top, and you pay Google direct on your own account so you can see every dollar.
The test group
Five businesses. Thirty days. Everything switched on.
We are looking for five businesses to run every new feature with us for 30 days. Your $490 setup is waived, everything we build lands on your account first, and you get a say in what we build next for your trade. It runs as a small group rather than five separate accounts, so you also get to hear what is working for the others.
Fair questions
What is the difference between Front Desk and Back Office?
Front Desk ($349 a month) keeps the work coming in: missed calls texted back, jobs booked and reminded, reviews requested, quotes chased, and your website and Google profile managed. Back Office ($649 a month) adds the paperwork and the selling: same-day quotes from a voice memo, invoices chased until they are paid, AI chat answering on your website overnight, one inbox for every text, and campaigns that go out to the customers you already have.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, $490 once, and that covers building the whole system: your website, the booking setup, the phone setup and your Google Business Profile. It is waived for the five businesses in the test group.
Am I locked in?
No. Both plans are month to month and you cancel yourself from your billing page. No notice period, no phone call required.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. A standard domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you leave you take the site, the content and your customer data with you.
Do I need to learn software?
No. There is nothing you have to log into. Your board is there on your phone if you want to look, and the numbers turn up once a month either way.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is the one cost that sits on top, and you pay Google directly on your own account so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.
