How does it cut no-shows?
Every booking gets a confirm-by-text before the sitting. Guests confirm or cancel in one tap, bookings that stay unconfirmed can be released, and you can require a card on file for peak sittings with your own no-show fee.
Do you charge commission per cover?
No. It is one flat monthly plan, so a packed Saturday costs you the same as a quiet Tuesday.
What does it cost?
It is part of Front Desk at $349 a month, which covers the booking system, the floor run sheet, the reminders that cut no-shows, and your website and Google presence run for you. Setup is a $490 one-off, and there is no lock-in.
How does the card on file work?
It is optional and per venue. For big tables or peak sittings, guests hold their booking with a card through Stripe's secure checkout, you set the no-show fee, and we never see or store card details.
Will floor staff actually use it?
Yes. It is built as a run sheet for an iPad: tonight's bookings in time order with single-tap confirm, seat, complete or no-show.
