A developer on tap.
Sub in and out.
Apps, tools and platforms built for a flat monthly rate. One request at a time, pause whenever the backlog runs dry.
Built from scratch,
not pulled off a shelf.
Custom web and software, online platforms, internal tools, AI bits and pieces.
No quoting dance, no scope documents, no recruiting. One subscription, and the queue does the rest.
If you've got an idea and you're not sure if it's doable, that's a good first conversation to have.
Web apps
Custom platforms and tools built for how you actually work.
Internal tools
The thing your team keeps doing in a spreadsheet, done properly.
AI bits
Smart features wired into your business, where they earn their keep.
Online platforms
Bookings, marketplaces, dashboards. Built from the ground up.
The way dev work should've worked all along.
Subscribe.
Grab a seat, get your board and repo the same day. Add as many requests as you like.
Request.
Describe what you want built, rough is fine. Big builds come back within 24 hours as a stage-by-stage plan you approve before we start.
Receive.
Most requests ship within days. Revise until you're happy, then we pull the next one.
One price.
Endless requests.
No hourly meters, no surprise invoices. A flat monthly rate for a senior developer working your queue.
Billing cycles are 31 days and pausing banks your unused days, so a quiet month never costs you anything. Sub in when there's a backlog, out when there isn't.
Seats are deliberately limited so every subscriber gets real attention. When they're full, the waitlist is the only way in.

Your development team, by the month. For companies with more ideas than developers.
First request: if you don't agree with the breakdown, full refund.
- ✓One request at a time, worked properly
- ✓Unlimited request queue
- ✓Most requests ship in days, not sprints
- ✓Big builds: a 24-hour breakdown you approve first
- ✓Your repo, your code, from day one
- ✓Web and mobile: Next.js, React, React Native
- ✓Pause or cancel anytime
"A junior hire costs $70k a year before super. This is senior work, switched on only for the months you need it."
Six months at a company like yours.
Say you run a freight brokerage in Western Sydney. Quoting lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands, and the website can't take bookings.
You take a seat and drop two requests in the queue. The quote calculator ships in week one; online bookings are live by the end of the month.
The backlog's empty, so you pause. No invoice, no awkward call. Everything we built keeps running, because it's yours.
A big customer asks for delivery tracking. You sub back in, the context is all in your repo, and we pick up right where we left off.
What we build. What we don't.
We build
- ✓Web apps and customer portals
- ✓Mobile apps in React Native: one codebase, iPhone and Android
- ✓Dashboards and internal tools
- ✓Integrations, APIs and automations
- ✓AI features that earn their keep
- ✓Online stores and booking flows
We don't
- ✕Pure native Swift or Kotlin builds
- ✕Rescuing legacy codebases in other stacks
- ✕24/7 on-call ops and infrastructure babysitting
Saying no to these is why everything we do take on ships properly.
Everything people ask before joining.
How fast will I get things?
Most requests ship within a few days. Bigger builds are broken into request-sized stages that ship every few days, so you always see progress instead of waiting a month for a reveal.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
No. Queue as many as you like; they are delivered one at a time, in the order you prioritise them.
How does pausing work?
Billing cycles are 31 days. Say you use 19 days and pause: the remaining 12 days bank, and they are waiting when you sub back in. Pause when the backlog is empty, come back when there is work.
Who does the work?
The same senior developer who builds everything at OnTheDot. No juniors, no outsourcing: the person you talk to is the person building.
How do larger builds work?
Within one business day of a big request (a portal, a platform, a full app) you get a stage-by-stage breakdown: what ships first, what each stage does, roughly how long. You approve it before we build, and each stage ships usable on its own, so there are no month-long black holes.
What if I don't agree with the breakdown?
On your first request, cancel and get a full refund, no questions asked. After that, a breakdown is a conversation: we reshape the stages until they make sense to you, and nothing gets built until you say go.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes, in React Native: one codebase covers iPhone and Android, and most updates ship instantly without waiting on app store review. Pure native Swift or Kotlin builds are the one kind of app we say no to.
What if I don't like what ships?
Say so and we revise until you are happy. It is your product; close enough is not done.
What don't you take on?
Pure native Swift or Kotlin builds, rescuing legacy systems in stacks we don't run, and 24/7 ops. We build in Next.js, React, React Native, Node and Postgres so everything we ship is something we can stand behind.
What if I only have one small thing?
Then a subscription is overkill: we will do one-off work at $110 an hour, or just tell you if it is a ten-minute job. Book a call and ask.
Book a 15-minute guided tour.
Learn how the subscription works and see whether it fits the way you build. No pressure, no hard sell. Worst case, you leave with a straight answer.
